Sheffield Chapel, located in Sheffield, MA, (a.k.a. “The Chapel”) is embarking on a new journey in the pastoral search process. Unlike the traditional search process, we are looking to fill our staff with multiple pastors who have a heart for equipping saints in the local church and engaging the community in accordance with Scripture and the Chapel ByLaws. The goal is to call pastors who will serve the church, together, in a part-time capacity while working/engaging in the community. By taking this approach we will have the capacity to build the elder team, disciple new believers to lead and continue to share the work of the Kingdom!
